Well,
I emailed the developer, still waiting for word back. My thinking is if all their doing is buying bulk parts and throwing them in a bag calling it a "kit", then they probably either won't have or don't want the hassle or capability of actually assembling them (that would take a lot of machinery or manpower). Not to mention I would assume that would add a whole new realm of warranties, MPGuino's breaking in mail, that don't work etc.
