Not most are idiots, but it sure seems like it. Even the law abiding ones don't think. A lot of them will continue at the speed limit even when the light is red and in plain view...then you have the ones on the hiway that start slowing down a football field before a green light and get caught by it turning red while my little Geo will go on past them as they start slowing and I still have a green light when I get there.
