Which leads me to ask...

Are you still having trouble with the lights?
Page 19 is the headlights diagram.
There are 2 headlight fuses under the dash, they should be hot (battery positive) at all times.
If you remove the DRL Module and turn the light switch on and off you should be able to hear the relay click in the relay box. You may need a set of ears under the hood to help.
IF...
You have the DRL unplugged, and
You can hear the relay, and the
Fuses have power on both sides.
Then there is a break in the circuit between the dimmer and the lights. I have seen several dimmer switches go bad, ...but..., The bad switches would allow at least one set, either high or low beams, to work.
Let me know if this helps. You may have a different problem. There has been some tampering with the wiring in your car, or so I've been told. It may be an Oprah conspiracy. We'll work it out.
