I had a 240Z myself. i'd like to see that, too. It was pretty slick as it was, so not much to do to it. Even I got 26 mpg at the time and drove like a typical 20-something male. Cover these headlight scoops, air dam, and maybe some grill blocking is all I can think of.
A front air dam was the best thing I did to that car - it was light in the nose at speed without one, but rock solid with it. I lowered it about an inch in the front and that helped too.
