I know your country is nice, clean, and friendly, but I don't know if it's worth it living in the bitter cold all winter!!!

I was in Saint Louis a week ago. It was freezing. There wasn't any snow and a crapload of ice. Southern Cali has it's dropbacks. Traffic, expensive houses, and pot holes everywhere.
