Hey guys didn't read the entire post so sorry if I repeat something already posted.
Re = (rho*V*[reference length])/nu ...:: I know its hard finding these values.
I can't remember off the top of my head each value.
A Re of 8,000,000 is driving my Honda Fit at 70 mph on a 70º day at sealevel.
rho/nu = 5943 ...:: IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY.
Just multiply this number times your velocity (**FT/S**) and your total car length (FT).
Don't be worried of very high numbers. 5,000,000 is acceptable. 5000 is not. 50,000,000 and you've either got a very long car or are hauling some serious butt!
