Way to go, dude! I stopped doing HFCS a few years ago after I became simultaneously aware of both the nutritional issues and the way the corn industry scams our economy with their ethanol and sweeteners, all on subsidy. It really is in everything, and it took a while to find replacements -- but they are there to be found. Like you, Breyers was also my first big discovery. Bread was a tough one. Unfortunately I can't help with a lot though, b/c my diet has since simplified to a sort of macrobiotic-plus, just from gravitating towards my Japanese sensibilities.
