My dogs are still outside at -20F. They cuddle up with the goats so they all stay relatively warm. It funny though how you get used to cold weather, at 32F I don't even wear gloves to do the chores outside anymore...
I have to say with livestock, I'm glad we don't get days of -30F with strong winds, goats aren't quite as cold proof as cattle or horses and you'd go through alot of feed keeping them warm.

Another "cold" story. A few winters ago we went to Cuba for a week and the first day we were there it was 70F and sunny, so we hit the beach... Not one other person was in the water which was a bit warmer than the air... We had a great time!
