Dinnertime.

We didn't have a lot in the fridge, but just coming up with something based on ingredients, dinner would be bean burritos and mock Rueben sandwiches!

Guess which items I couldn't eat!

I made mock Ruebens for the both of us (leaving the Thousand Island Dressing off mine)

I was going to make myself a bean burrito as well, but shockingly, the semi-organic tortillas had trace amounts of corn syrup in them! Corn syrup was a sub-ingredient of "honey-powder".

Instead, I dumped the burrito filling over a plate of corn chips to make uber-nachos. The irony being that corn chips are one of the few things without corn syrup.

I also had a glass of wine!
