Day Four:
Breakfast:
Coffee with sugar in the raw and actual cream.
2 slices of vegetarian pizza left over from last night.
Maple Roll from organic bakery at Victory Garden Rain Barrel build event. (I confirmed its source and ingredients before eating!)
Lunch:
Meatloaf sandwich w/ cheese - no sauce.
Dinner:
Salad: organic lettuce, carrots, onions, dried cranberries (sugar-sweetened) and natural dressing
Spaghetti & meatballs:
Pasta made from Jerusalem Artichoke flower, meatballs from local, organic beef, organic sauce and mushrooms, and of course, love.
It's amazing. My refridgerator actually has food in it, instead of containers!
The food I am eating tastes better and has less ingredients.
I will be lucky if I don't GAIN weight on this experiment.
I'll have to start taking photos of what I eat. Some of it's getting pretty good. Of course we don't cook from scratch every night, but dinner was delicious.
Too bad my wife is so shy, or I would put up a photo of her and her delicious spaghetti!
Gotta go. I have an experiment on the stove which will allow me to enjoy margaritas!
