I have to agree with Frank. Without knowing for sure, they don't look "tight enough" in the picture. If I had those wheel covers, I might try black duct tape on the back. Because the tape would be facing out, it would gather dust over time, but I think it would still look stealthy-OEM. Maybe I would even throw some fine grain dust at it to "coat" the tape ahead of time, or cut some cheap black kiddie arts and crafts foam sheet to stick onto the tape.
