They have been wrinkly since I put them on there, and have not changed in 1000+ miles. Likely they're not flapping. The vinyl has hardened up considerably being exposed to the elements on a constant basis. The wrinkles are both being rushed in making them and installer error.
I will re-do them one of these days now that I have some good adhesive, as they're currently frictioned on. The goal is to get the vinyl flush with the wheel cover without wrinkles for a cleaner appearance.
