Matt: nothing new to report regarding the Hymotion Prius. It's a brand new vehicle for them (4k km on the clock) and it's got the 5 kWh pack. The rest of the info/discussion can be gotten from the corporate site.

Transport Canada will be using it to evaluate fuel consumption on the dynamometer, running the standard cycles, but starting the Hymotion pack from 100, 80, 60, & 40% states of charge to view the impact on fossil fuel consumption.

The MOST interesting thing learned is that the vehicle will be disposed of at public auction following its evaluation.
