There are several suppliers of swing away hitch mounts to choose from. They make them for enclosed cargo boxes, bike carriers & wheelchair platforms. You could purchase the swing-away frames only & add your own vehicle specific aero 'boxtail' design.
I initially designed it with clear windows but then the economy of manufacture becomes cost prohibitive because of the complicated clear lexan compound window forms. The least expensive proposal was a FG box with a simple interior door for security reasons & the ease of access to the vehicle's rear hatch. The design clears the existing turn/brake lights (must add CHML) and holds the plate.
