Yesterday I got punched in the wrist by a vice stuck in a drillpress. It doesn't look like much, but it's tender. Probably just a deep tissue contusion.
It happened while I was trying to drill out the small pulley to match it's ID to the drive shaft of the motor. No surprise it getting stuck in the drillpress screwed it up, so I have to try again. But this time around I'll do it the careful way by using the lathe. Zinc, much like brass, can be fussy stuff to work on.
