General observation: too much thread hi-jacking

Thread hi-jacking!

I don't know if it's actually happening more, or if it's only my perception, but I wanted to post this reminder to keep threads on topic.

Lately there have been more than a few threads veering off topic into heated discussions that have little or nothing to do with the original post, and which often aren't even related to efficiency.

Please think for a second before you post.

If you want to talk about something completely different, start your own thread.

If it's remotely related to the original topic, feel free to come back and link to your new thread.

Thanks.

Darin

(PS: I'm waiting for someone to start debating nuclear power here in the next post )
