Funny,they had a bunch of Smart cars in Plano at the Green Expo and I didn't even have the presence of mind to ask about the Cd.I think I was stumbling around,shocked at the $13,000 starting price they were asking for a stripper.Owners I talk with aren't getting over 42-mpg.I'm trying to understand the appeal of such a vehicle.
