Hankook 13 inch radials - comments? LRR qualities?

Someone in my area is freecycling a pair of "barely used" (his description) 3 year old Hankook Radials: H714, P155/80R13 795.

They have a 44 psi sidewall rating and may have a solid centre tread, which could bode well for low rolling resistance (my main interest).

Think they'd be worth picking up to have on hand? I haven't done much research into the best LRR tire in the 155/80/13 size.

My OEM tires (Goodyear Invicta) still have plenty of tread, and have good LRR qualities. But if I ever lost one from an unrepairable puncture or dry rot (more likely fate, considering their age and how little I drive), I'm not sure what I'd replace them with.
