Project is back on!
I wish it was already working!
Going to collect parts for the next 2 weeks until I get a weekend off.
The Bilge pump I used last year is now dead (was 10+ years old already).
I'm considering the 500 pump here
Attwood V-Series Charts because it can be had for $17 at wallmart. I'd rather a PC cooling pump, but this is soo much cheaper.
I think I'm going to re-build my heat spreader (tubes in seat) using much much more tubing and 4 "6 way" drip irrigation splitters.
So basically
<aquarium tube>
<aquarium tube>
<aquarium tube>
(Seat back) 6way split<aquarium tube> 6 way split>
<aquarium tube>
< aquarium tube>
Pump- 3/4" tube-T< T-Return tube
<aquarium tube>
<aquarium tube>
<aquarium tube>
(Seat seat) 6way split<aquarium tube> 6 way split>
<aquarium tube>
< aquarium tube>
That should give me about double flow capacity and should get the cheaper pump out of surge and spread the heat out better for a similar total cost + amp draw of a PC cooling pump.
Can anybody think of a small cheap radiator that might fit in my A/C duct?
Or should I just try and wrap some copper tubing around the return line?
