I've got an Idea; build an MPG guino run the car around for a few tanks (get it calibrated).
Then do a simple experiment.
At constant speed / load switch on/ off the HHO generator (cockpit mounted switch). If less / more fuel is in fact required then the dutcy cycle of the injectors will change and be detected by the Guino.
Repeat several times to get a consistent reading
