Instrumentation:
Description: Got it not running for CAN $2000, turned out to be a faulty kill switch. Tons of loose bolts and missing clamps, etc. Took it for a ride and only afterwards discovered that the brake caliper bolts as well as the front axle bolts were loose. Suffered fuel leaks for a while, hopefully solved now.

Googly eyes on STOCK muffler, 40T rear sprocket(5 teeth down), 110/112 jets(stock) instead of 115s all around when I got it.

Brake drag reduction springs, better carb sync, non bias-ply tires, 36T rear sprocket
