2002 Ford Focus (sedan) purchased in 2005 with only ~14k miles. I drive the car roughly 9k miles each year. I coast as much as possible, use as little brake as possible, and plan trips as efficiently as possible (avoid left turns, etc). I don't do anything too 'crazy' like P&G, and I usually fill my gas tank before it's needed (between 3/4 empty and 1/2 empty).
I've used a smartphone app to log my fillups since Jan 2009, however I am only including my fuel logs after I started adopting smarter driving habits (September 2010).
My Focus has a sunroof, which is rarely used (serves only as pesky extra weight).
