City beater car, tons of problems when bought, but was cheap.
Goal: 45mpg tank averages via aero mods (semi met, averaging 43-47 per trip currently)

3-10-12 - Mud Flaps delete, lower grill block (~85%), and folded passenger mirror in (rarely used, but required by law )
Mid March - Lower grill block, 1/2 at first, and the second half a day later. About 10 inch opening for cooling by 3 inch tall
4-8-12 - Coroplast wheel covers held on by zip ties
4-10-12 - Passenger mirror deleted

over sized tires? ~2k rpm at 55mph and 2600 rpm for 70mph

Manual control on electric controlled auto trans (maybe)
Attempt a "lean burn" mode switch by adding resister to the map sensor, TPS, and probably figure how to tweek the O2 readings.
