Spirit of Ecomodder photos

Gilkison's photos of the Spirit of Ecomodder were shot at fairly close range,so they're probably a 'fail' as far as true length.
This shot from Bonneville is from a little further away, but you can tell that the camera lens was at the beltline elevation which will also not represent the vehicle at true length.

We'd need long telephoto images to approach 'technical drawing' accuracy.Something I'm not equipped for.

Cd 0.14 Buchheim et al car on the street

If we take the Buchheim et al. car and give it 'features drag' equal to the GM Precept concept, add a standard 12% drag cooling system, plus another 6% for 'better' (TESLA) mirrors,we might anticipate Cd 0.173 for this car.
This would be a fair target, and close to basjoos' AeroCivic coupe.

0.14/0.15

did I screw up?
The Cd 0.14 should be full-tail,both elevation and plan.
The Cd 0.15 would have the truncation.

Photoshop has a Spherize filter. While it can't correct the view through the windows, it could manually counteract the distortion inside the silhouette.
