I've played with the photo I've taken during templating kammback and here is the sideview of Berta I want to achieve.
I think it looks pretty nice IMHO

Belly pan plans and thoughts
I want to share something with you and to know your opinion on my ideas. The thing is that Berta has 3 levels of the belly.
As you can see front of the car is pretty high according to the lowest point of the body. There is a second level that is in the middle and the IC air outlet is located at this level. See the side view.
I'm thinking that can cause a pressure to build under the car and it lower the IC efficiency.
I want to build a bellypan but I'm thinking of two options.
Option1:
As you can see I'm just extending the IC outlet
Option2:
I want to extend bellypan under IC outlet and use under pressure that should be at the exit point of the new IC outlet.
What do you think of that? Maybe you have any other idea for me? I'm open to suggestions.

I've played today with a big piece of carboard ( thanks IKEA  ) and I'm almost ready for tuff testing, and right now I know exactly what size of coroplasi I will need for my kammback.
Then I've played a bit more and here are the results.

Yes you are right Adam... Today I had some free time so I've tried again to set up new kamm. I didn't managed to make a whole thing, just one side. Then I've build a virtual kamm just to show you the results.
And from the top.
Kamm horizontal angle is around 14 degrees and kamm tapers to the back at the angle around 9 degrees. I can't get more because I want to use whole trunk lid, and attach kamm in the way that I can have free access to the trunk itself.
I'll try to prepare car for tuft testing next week. I have to build something to attach a camera. I just have a crappy PC USB camera and a laptop, but I'm hoping I'll see something

Tuft testing!
Hi Guys,
Today I've finally managed to complete my cardboard & styrofoam kammback and perform some tuft testing.
First tuft testing of my kammy - YouTube
Sorry for poor quality, but weather was getting bad and I was in a hurry to make any test. I had to use my old cell phone's camera because my webcam turned out to be a complete crap.
I need to improve my improvised tripod mounted to Berta and hopefully if weather will allow I'll try to roll another film from #2 tuft testing session tomorrow.
Hopefully you'll see that flow is attached to the kammback with slight turbulences on the edges, and big turbulence on the end because sides of the kammback are longer than the top (kardboard size was limited).

Second attempt for tuft testing of the kammy.
I've asked wife and son for help and you can actually see something. Air flow is attached everywhere and I don't see any unwanted turbulences. I think this is the time for coroplast.
If I'll have a spare moment I'll try to A-B-A test my kammy.

Looking good, can't wait to see the final version. Also, how are you planning to mount it? (If you already mentioned that, then sorry, I have a great memory but it only works for like 2 minutes  )
Also the kid seems to know what to look for Did you involve him in the project?
