Berta looks awesome!
I can't wait to see a more permanent version.

The flow looks good, I'm guessing A-B-A-B testing will show at least a 5% improvement of Cd, maybe more.

I have few ideas how to mount kammy to the hatch don't know which one will be the final one. First I have to get coroplast and cut it to the shape I need. Then I'll find the best way to mount it.

My kids, and whole family are involved because they have to drag me out of the garage pretty often, and we're discusting many things together. My kids are very curious so I'm explaining everything I'm doing.

I hope so

I just need to replace or add third stop light because the one I have now is completely covered with kammy. But I'm thinking that maybe I'll be able to turn the kammy itself into third stop light, by putting red LEDs into the edge of the kammy.

One more thing. I was curious if other drivers passing me by will do anything unusual, but it seems that Berta didn't get their attention.

Another eco mod

I forgot to mention earlier but I've changed wheels in my Berta.

16" ET30 was changed to 15" ET47 and tyres 205/55/16 to 195/60/15 accordingly

So I've gained around 0,004 sqm in frontal area and what's most important, wheels are less sticking out from the body. Now I'll be able to cover rear wheels much easier with less frontal area than with previous ones.

Another thing with Berta's new wheels is that those are easy to cover with smooth wheel covers.

Another small step on the way to my FE goal.

Rearview mirror mounted inside on the passenger door.

That's the one that was mounted before in Prevka

So will the passenger side mirror be folded, or removed?

For now it will be folded, then replaced with something like this:

Much smaller, slightly more away from the body with very narrow bracket.

I need both mirrors because my kammy covers most of the rear hatch, so I need to know what's behind me. I'm thinking about placing rear view mirror at the lower edge of my windshield instead the top of it.

I've seen mirrors which are flush against the A-pillar (can't find a picture), that way it is hidden in the A-pillar's wake, instead of out in the airflow.

Unless the final Kammy will be transparent.

You want the classic car look, eh?

You can buy aftermarket dash mirrors:

Maybe I'll build a models of both and test it.

I found this replacement by ecomodder Sean T.

Unfortunately, this kind of mirror is designed to be used along with normal mirrors, not instead of. Probably lacks certificates, etc., to be a street-legal replacement option in Europe

Aren't those Furai's a bit small? Maybe they are just cameras? And to think that my Kammback didn't want to pass inspection because the guy claimed its edge was sharp and could hurt someone
