I jst stubbled on this post today. I have a 2012 Fiat 500 Pop.. On a warm calm day I can knock down 48 MPG without trying on my 50 mile commute. (A/C on, 3- 400 ft elv. changes, and 40 psi in the tires.)

Add some rear air re-directors, tire f & r spats, etc... to begin.
