Ok, I just measured my 16" Winco pizza pan here :

It is a hair over 15 7/8" in diameter. The rolled metal around the edge is not too thick, so it is light.

Some pizza pans have "thick" rolls of metal around the edge. That makes them more sturdy for those thick-crust pizzas, but also more "heavy" around the edges which is not desirable for wheel covers.

If you have steel wheels, then I think these would be a perfect fit because they could fit just inside the steel wheel edge.

If you have alloys like me then these are super close because I have a wider "trim edge" than normal steelies :

16" Aluminum coupe style on the way. Looks like it's going to be pretty close on the fit. We'll see how it works.
