I finally had the chance to do a coast down test as per the instructables page.
This was with the coroplast section removed so just the stainless roof and side extensions, moon discs, front airdam, patial grille block, side mirrors folded, one windshield wiper removed, rear wheel skirts. 5˚C, raining. Tires at 40psi
Cd: .30
CdA: 8.52
Crr: .0124
Original numbers:
Cd: .33
CdA: 9.42
Will try it with the full Kamm sometime this spring.

Templates
You should produce templates for the coroplast mods for the Previa undercarriage, so people like me can build them without a whole lot of measuring under our vehicles. I suppose they don't add a whole lot of weight, so city mileage isn't affected too much.
In my '95, I've removed the two captain's chairs (about 65lbs each, by my estimation, but I could be overly wussy and think a 30lb chair is 65lbs...), but haven't done any aeromods at all.
I'm still contemplating the torque converter lockup mod, and the quick shift mod.

That is the best looking Previa I have ever seen!
I'm sending a picture to my skeptical brothers to show them how frickin cool ecomodding is.
You could try blacking out the bottom edge of the bumper and side skirts. Also paint the top of the skirt to match the body.

Thanks for all the compliments. Numbers are now pretty hard. I can't get above 25.5 mpg without the extended Kamm, Airdam and rear wheel skirts. With, I can do 29-30 mpg tanks. That's roughly 13-15%. It's not A-B-A so that's a fungible number.
You can see the last two tanks there are without the aero mods.

Im getting awesome mileage on my 95sc previa, 160k miles. Its running with 5w-30 oil, and has 4oz of tufoil additive, its also added in the diff oil. Ive got a 2nd prev sc a 96 which has better compression, but tested lower mileage at 23hwy. I beleive this 95 has had near 30mpg, believe it or not. I have verified 27.3 mpg from fillups, and achieved it with 2 adults and 5 kids in the van, and I wasnt trying that hard. Im relying on my scangauge2, but Ive had some hwy trips register 35mpg. But I think the AVG (average) mileage reading on the scangauge is not the true mileage, its a rolling average. Also this van has slightly low compression, @ 120psi across the 4 cyls. And uses a little more oil than usual. Even though its been looked after from new.
