Picture 8 of 9 from Album Warm Air Intake
The Scan Gauge II displaying miles per gallon (MPG), average miles per gallon (AVG), intake air temperature (cIA) and coolant temperature (cWT). Both temp readings are in Celsius.

This readout was made at about 7 AM on a summer morning in Puerto Rico with the Key On Engine Off (KOEO). The car was not moving, neither the engine was idling, that's why MPG=9999, since there is no fuel injector pulsation.

Note that both coolant temp and intake air temp are the same, since the car was completely cold.

This is the base line to compare any improvement in warming the air intake.
