Kamm extension

Hatch propped open about 1 inch to decrease the angle, edges all taped to prevent it from sucking exhaust fumes into cabin.

Angle morphed to 17* while I wasn't looking, roof in front of hatch is already 10* so I'm hoping it will be OK.
