Stinky Pete Aeroshell
3M 560 Urethane adhesive/sealant.  This is impressive stuff.  After glueing the two 1x4's together, I let it set 24 hours, then laid it on it's side...
Siamesed profile boards.  Nailed together and sawn out as one these will the the main support boards on either side of the aeroshell.
Ok, here I have given up on twisting the top portion of the shell and finally had to saw it completely off.  With the camber of the original shell...
