Camper Shell
Pop-Top Extended Aero Shell for Toyota Tacome 2WD.
Starting to assemble guts to skin and fiberglass over
Realized when I lined them up together that I measured and cut two of these wrong. Will have to redo them tonight.
X-sections to build frame to bend shell over.

The pink panther assures us that this extruded polystyrene insulation is safe for the ozone layer. ;)
Cut a profile to match the shape of the cab. Transferred this to CAD and used it to model the profiles of each x-section of the shell.
CAD 09042010 - added x-sections for shell. planning on cutting those in the next couple of days.

CAD drawings as of 09012010. working on x-sections that I'll use to lay the pink foam over.
