I used the pizza pan as a hard edge and cut the circle with a box cutter.

I cut out the circle, folded the paper to find the centerpoint, and cut a line from the center to the edge.

I took some poster paper and used a 16" pizza-pan to draw a circle.

I started with a standard-issue plastic sign.
