It might be that particular engine/ECU doesn't use a secondary O2. I seem to recall something said on H-T about JDM ECUs not needing a secondary O2 (it's just to check Catalytic converter efficiency...

that last brown one looks like the ignition harness to me. Almost exactly the same looking as all the other Honda ignition harnesses I've seen. And by ignition harness, I mean the under dash one...
