Yeah, but I bet the top gear won't be much taller than the top gear of last year's 911. Car makers don't generally change that when they add more gears.

7th gear is a double over drive specifically for fuel economy.

I hate it when they do that. The first and top get were same for most manuals before overdrive came about. I bet now it's the same overdrive gear. I like the corvette 4+3 trannies
