16,700-LB Lightning, 44-mpg, up/down 7% grade

TFLcars.com tested the 2022 Ford Lightning Lariat, extended range on the 'Ike Gauntlet.'
They pulled a 29-foot ALUMA car hauler with a 2000 Ford Excursion onboard, up @ 60-mph, and down @ 50-mph.
On the descent, Lightning used zero energy, while 'producing' 9.17-kWhs.
They tested the Ford F-150 King Ranch POWERBOOST Hybrid alongside the Lightning.
I'm not fond of their test methodology, and if Andre would 'drive' rather than talk, he might be able to hold speed more constant.
But it's worth a look, for the information is provides by default.

Cruise control should be employed for such tests.

cruise control

They say they won't do it on account of safety concerns. And the traffic they're in would make it nearly impossible anyway.
Andre just needs to focus more on driving, than banter.
His 'right seat' compadre could provide a second set of eyes on the gauges.
