Hi all--

I just saw this in the forum here. I'm not entirely sure what you drive but 18.46 MPG sounds painful

I have family up in Philly and I drive up there two or three times a year. My personal record for any trip through the city is somewhere in the low 40's but only half of it or so was actually stop and crawl, with the remainder on suburban roads or on Roosevelt Blvd. Some aggressive in-town Pulse and Glide mixed with Fas really saved me... and drivers were only semi-tolerant of my coasting up to lights rather than the usual WOT, Brake, WOT, Brake probably because that's when gas first went over $4/per.

Going back up there with gas at $3.xx is a scary prospect because I would get honked at for not peeling off at WOT two seconds before green

I would've thought these words are mutually exclusive.
In China, Buddhist monks would become vegetarians. But, they still missed meat. Sooooo, they would figure out ways to make Tofu/Seitan/Tempe versions of the meat dishes that they missed.

I live about 30 minutes from Philly and I've worked there. Were you going to dinner on a Friday night? Sounds like it from the traffic. And not during the summer I hope. I have sat in traffic for 2 hours trying to move 2 miles over a bridge. Not fun at all. Now I work in Newark, DE and there is almost never any traffic.
