1972 Saab Sonett III

Selling my 72 saab sonett, BIG project not for the faint of heart. But very unique car there was only around 8000 total of the sonett III made between 71-74. Has rust on the floor pan both driver and passanger. Also some rust in the trunk. Glass is good, just a chip or two in the windshield. Have one of the seats, with a bunch of new parts not installed. Like brake master cylinder, clutch master cylinder, extra timing cover, fuel pump, aluminum gas tank, new tires "only two of the four are on the car, other two are inside. Car has a salvaged title, and still needs a vin verification and a brake and light inspection to get a CA title issued. I have all the paperwork other than that, and all the fees have been paid. Car only weighs around 1,785 lbs or so. Has a 0.31 drag coefficient, has a v-4 engine. Car does not run. I am asking 1000 w/parts or 700 w/out. Car is in Anderson CA.

If I had the cash and lived closer to you.
Oh Well.
I had 2 Sonetts in the early 80's.
Loved them dearly.
My wife totaled one and the other developed rust so bad the front suspension separated from the chassis.
I've not had the funds or time to restore another since.

Good Luck on your sale.
S.
