Drained the fuel tank yesterday and... Fuel came out yellow, and def smelled bad. Threw the battery on charger and fuel was leaking out the fuel filter going to replace that to.

It's alive, it's alive, lol. Drove her home from the mechanics, she has never ran better.
The airdam will be put on again and I will get back to playing with rear aero, and some side skirts.

I forgot how much fun this car is to drive!
This tank is going to be horrid I am sure. Going to try to get my side window in tomorrow, and a airdam on.
Then I need some more materials and make a partial kam, disguised as a hatch shade, lol.

Lexan is good. Since it's more resistent to impacts, I'm considering to get all the windows of the vehicle I'm going to get (probably a T2 Volkswagen station-wagon) replaced with Lexan, so in case of an attempted theft the burglar would break a hand instead of breaking a window

Me too.Fuel laying in the intake manifold had evaporated leaving a tar-like residue which was inducted into intake ports, coating the valve stems such that they stuck in the guides. The valve springs couldn't compensate for the resistance and I had all 4 pistons kissing all 4 intake valves.Very scary!
I've pulled the head, disassembled, and cleaned it.Perhaps by Monday I'll have 'life' again.
Don't ya just love IC technology?
