1987 CRX Partout

Parting out complete 1987 1st generation Honda CRX.
13797 area of central NY.

I moved here from CA with a salvage title. I gave NY my CA salvage title before I realized what they did here so now I have no Title.
It looks it like will cost me close to $2K to get it on the road here so I am parting out the 87 CRX.

Front bumper assembly complete with lights, brackets, absorbers...I have it off the car. Just bolt it on $90

Rear hatch complete with glass, brake light, trim... $70

Hood with hinges $45

Door complete with glass, interior and exterior trim, handles... $55 each

Complete Energy Suspension urethane bushing kit $50

2 replacement axles one for each side Unused in box $50 Each

Most of the trim and molding is usable.
Passenger side rocker panel and trim is perfect, driver side rocker panel has a small divot missing but is usable.

No NY rust anywhere on this car. It lived in inland California until 2010. No exposure to salt. Never driven in winter.

Tires and wheels are gone.

Carbureted engine with 4 speed automatic transmission.
It will run but it has a bent exhaust valve due to broken timing belt that has been replaced.
We replaced timing belt and started it, one exhaust valve is bent. We shut it off.

The right side wiper/ washer stalk is broken off.

Front quarter panels are fiberglass, they are cracked.

All the glass is intact.

Latches, switches, cable releases, front brakes ...all good.

Call or text for more information. Everything is negotiable, discount if you buy enough parts. Come and get it.

A rust-free CRX with no title might be something a racer would want.

I love this car and I have been trying to get to someone who will use it. I thought that I would be able to sell it to a racer and have advertised intermitantly for over a year.
I have had 2 offers, oner for $300 qne one for $350. I thought that was way too low for a complete car. I can get that for scrap.
At this point I am trying to let as many people know that it is here. Allmost all the parts are good. Nothing is perfect on this car but it all works, except for the bent exhaust valve.

I am trying not to scrap it so this was the next step. To start a dismantlee and part out process.

I am not getting much interest. I used my local slavage yard as a reference for prices.
Do you guys think I am asking too much?

@sKittles: It is a DX and the fuel tank is still here. I have no idea what it takes to ship it to california. I will look into it if you are serious.
