1993 Chevy C3500 Pickup, can I use a MPGuino on it?

I have a 93 chevy c3500 with a 5.7L V8 350 engine in it, its a throttle body injection.

Does anyone know if its easy to install a MPGuino in it? or if its even possible?

I have an arduino and display already from other projects.
