I don't know, but they sure seem to want daily driver prices for stuff that should be at scrap yard prices there. $800 for a non runner Civic with 300k miles? $500 for this thing? If anything because it's rust free Arizona, you'd think that there would be a lot more of these older eco cars alive there still, so they'd be worth less, not more.
