1997 Saturn SW2 instrument cluster lighting

I was hoping some of the many Saturn owners would see this and maybe have run in to this issue.

I recently removed my instrument cluster to get at the back and remove the 'ABS' idiot light bulb that has been on since I bought the car.

It was no issue, but when driving home that night I noticed that none of my 'needles' were lit up. I can't actually recall if they were lit up before but something was different because now I cannot tell what speed I'm going or tach is at and I know I didn't used to have this problem.

Anyway, all other interior and cluster lights works fine and dimmer switch appears to be working fine. There are some random bulbs in the center of the instrument cluster that also appear fine. Does anyone know where exactly power to the 'needle' lights themselves comes from and how could none of them light but everything else lights?

Thank you for the help.

I think this is a saturnfans.com question. OldNuc and Richpin are your friends.

For future reference:
The needles are lit up externally by 2 of the small sized instrument 'idiot' lights. They're not even located on the back of the cluster, they're on the top and aim down at the two main needles. They are driven by the same power as the main illumination lights.

I guess both my bulbs just stopped working at the same time when I had the cluster out earlier. Both my sockets were still fine.
