I think so but I'm not sure whats evolved. Hopefully someone will chime in?

If I wasn't so busy with work I would go check it for you. Its about an 1 1/2 hours from me.

Yup, you can disable the IMA and drive it home. Very easy to do, takes a 10mm, 8mm, 30 torx and about 30 minutes of your time.
