2006 civic hybrid - selling or parting - mid atlantic

I bought this car with 80,000 miles. I put on another 100K. i changed the battery with a used one at 120K

Now it has 180,000 miles and i have a yellow IMA light and a sluggishness that tells me the battery is going again.

It still gets 38-40 on lousy tires.

It is beat and battered from end to end, never wrecked but definately banged up.

Interior is pretty worn

I'm trying to get $2500 out of it either whole or in parts
