Got scangaugeII on versa. Didn't take 5 mins to get going. Tried it on way home. Going to take little time to learn but think I understand what y'all was saying about it. Noticed my intake temp stayed between 103 and 109. Think I remember reading that's bout where it should be. Probably have to do another base run after wai run.

Have to say I was skeptical about the scangauge helping mpg. But I was wrong. Been 1210 miles at average of 37.59 mpg. With best tank at 38.2. That's a hair under 1.5mpg average gain. As far as my quickie wai, I might as well have been trying to piss out window to clean windshield. Temp is running about 30 degrees warmer than out side. Maybe helping a little but going to have to do better job on it. Been reading post bout making it adjustable. Going to work on weight and areo for now. I will come back to the wai later.

The wai will make a much larger difference when temperatures drop to the point where your intake temperatures without wai would be below 40-50 degrees.

It's been 30 last few mornings with intake running round 60. Do you know about what temp I should be looking to run. Read some saying they r as high as 140. Seems pretty high to me but not sure.
