The front grille and taillights certainly look similar to my 2012 Infiniti G37x Coupe.

Nice concept car, I can even forgive it being a 4-door, or is it a 5-door?

I'm gonna call it a 4-door sedan, with what some refer to as a 'vestigial trunklet'. The backlite remains fixed as the boot lid / trunk lid articulates.
