2017 Chevy Bolt EV Cd 0.312
The upcoming Chevy Bolt EV has a claimed Cd of 0.312, and a frontal area of 25.8 sq ft, for a CdA of 8.05 sq ft.

That's pretty good considering how tall/stubby it is.

The Bolt is the first BEV that has my interest.
I'll have to sit tight and see how it shakes out over the next couple years. P.S. Not real big on the name, as it immediately reminds me of something from the hardware store. Jim. |
If I had one I'd name it Boltz.
I believe EVTV has preemptively declared it a winner. They can't wait for the junkyards to fill up with chargers and heaters, etc. |

They've got neural-network CFD and a world class tunnel to refine things over time as well.Low cost leader? And GM's been to Cd 0.14 before.Not a newcomer to low drag. |
