Cool The 300zx AutoTragic

Alright guys! Time to introduce the new ride! I have some rather high explanations for this car.(hoping to run in the big bend open road race)

Sorry I havnt been on in a while, got a new job with a geological consulting agency.
Here is my new 1993 300zx with 52k miles. I purchased it from my uncle who parked it in november 2011 after hitting a deer.

The first plans are to rebuild the suspension, go to electric fans, manual Trans, and a ton of weight reduction. Then at some point hopefully, a twin turbo swap tuned by megasquirt

Partly. Fixed front bumper

Had to place some flat strap behind the cracks and rivet the thing together. To drive it home

Built a partial belly pan/skidplate/ something to hold the broken front bumper together thigy.

the point at the end of the belly pan bolts to a factory location on the k member and is riveted to the bumper. I would have loved to make the belly pan cover more of the car however, this is all the aluminum sheeting that I had laying around. Aside from that, 1/8 inch thick aluminum is a little expensive and heavy... (UPS truck siding)

The fender dent:/

Now its clean and back in Lubbock

Picture for the aerodynamic template

With me

Ya... Shes fat... it's going to take a lot of work to get it took 50 50 weight distribution.

Just for fun

Dude that is a nice zx! Hitting the deer didn't seem to do to much damage, no?

Its growing on me, but the front end looks too much like a Saturn.

all it really seemed to do was push the left fender back enough into position where the door hits it and the front bumper was trashed... (it's not the original front bumper it's a fiberglass one from VIS racing )

The grill is actually a billet grille for a 94 f 150 that we cut down. I figured I needed to block the radiator from debris somehow. Get that Saturn talk out of here cobb lol
